Data deletion

You can delete your data from KMBoards at any time. This page lists the three ways to do it and what happens after.

Option 1 — Disconnect inside KMBoards (fastest)

1. Log in to KMBoards and open https://kmboards.co/settings/integrations/meta.
2. Click Disconnect Meta.
3. We stop making any Meta calls on your behalf immediately. Stored tokens, audit logs linked to that connection, and cached Meta data are deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Remove KMBoards from Meta

1. Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find KMBoards in the list.
3. Click Remove.
4. Meta revokes our token. Within 30 days we purge your Meta-linked data from our systems.

Option 3 — Email request

Email ziv@dailycookie.co with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:

• The email you use to log in to KMBoards, or the Meta Business Manager ID you connected.
• Whether you want to delete only the Meta connection, or your entire KMBoards account + workspace.

We reply within 3 business days with a confirmation number and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your stored OAuth tokens and connection metadata.
• All Meta data fetched under that connection (insights, creatives, audiences, etc.).
• Audit log entries for writes performed under that connection.
• Your KMBoards account, workspace, boards, tasks, and uploads if you request full deletion.

What we retain

We keep minimal billing records (invoice metadata) as required by Israeli tax law, and anonymised server logs used for security and abuse prevention. These do not include identifiable Meta data.
