Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of KMBoards (the "Service"), operated by Kivi Media. By accessing or using KMBoards, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By using KMBoards on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.

2. Account

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or any third-party platform's terms.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass security, or access parts of the system you are not authorised to use.
• Use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute third-party platform data outside of your own workspace.
• Reverse-engineer or harvest our source code or APIs.

4. Third-party platforms (Meta, etc.)

KMBoards connects to third-party platforms at your request. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms (e.g. Meta's Platform Terms). KMBoards acts only on actions you explicitly confirm inside the app. You are responsible for the content and legality of ads or posts you publish through the Service.

5. Writes, audit, rollback

Every write action in KMBoards is previewed, requires your click to confirm, is recorded in your audit log, and is rollback-capable. You are responsible for reviewing previews before confirming.

6. Fees

Fees (if any) are displayed in your workspace billing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kivi Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify Kivi Media against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, from content you publish via the Service, or from your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and/or by email to workspace owners. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
